Early Bird Discount (10% off the standard ticket price) is available until 12th October 2018 for delegates ONLY.

Please note that students need to provide their university ID card on-site and vendors must bring their exhibitor badge and a proof of ID (driving licence, passport or national identity card) to the Hall 4 registration desk. If the above documentation is not provided, payment for a full price ticket will be required.

Location and Travel

The TCT conference @ formnext takes place at Messe Frankfurt Hall 4, 60327 Frankfurt am Main, in Germany. Messe Frankfurt Hall 4 is located opposite Messe Frankfurt’s Forum and next to the Agora outdoor area. It is connected to trade fair halls 3, 5 and 6 by a walkway.

How to get to Messe Frankfurt


Detailed directions on how to get to Messe Frankfurt can be found below.


Frankfurt Airport has two terminals and is only fifteen kilometres away from Messe Frankfurt. The airport offers rental car and taxi services. The exhibition centre can be reached by the Eingang City or Eingang Torhaus entrance, and the drive is approximately twenty minutes.

The S9 and S8 suburban trains also operate at the station below Terminal 1 every eight minutes. They go in the direction of Hanau and stop at Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof. The journey takes ten minutes.

Messe Frankfurt can be reached by S-Bahn suburban train or by U-Bahn underground line.

S-Bahn arrives at the ‘Messe’ stop via the following lines:

•    Line S3 - in the direction of Bad Soden
•    Line S4 - in the direction of Kronberg
•    Line S5 - in the direction of Bad Homburg/ Friedrichsdorf
•    Line S6 – in the direction of Friedberg/Groß Karben

Exhibition grounds can also be accessed via the ‘Torhaus’ entrance.

U-Bahn line 4, towards Bockheimer Warte, stops at Festhalle/Messe. The ‘Ludwig-Erhard-Anlage’ entrance is the fastest route to get to Messe Frankfurt.

Frankfurt (Main) Hauptbahnhof is only a twenty-minute walk, or a seven-minute drive, to Messe Frankfurt. ICE, IC and EC trains regularly operate in Germany. There are also frequent connections from major European cities, including Amsterdam, Brussels, Prague, Vienna, Zurich and more.

The A5 interstate is the most convenient route to reach Messe Frankfurt. The exhibition complex can be entered by following ‘Messe Frankfurt’ or ‘Messe’ signs. Ample parking is available in Hall 4, on level 4.3 and level 4.4.
