When and where will the conference take place?
The TCT Conference @ Formnext will take place at Frequenz 1 and Frequenz 2, Portalhaus Messe Frankfurt, Str. der Nationen, 60486 Frankfurt am Main, Germany.

What is the registration process and where can the conference tickets be purchased from?

Please note that students need to show their university ID card when collecting their conference badge from the Portalhaus registration desk, and vendors must bring their exhibitor badge and proof of ID such as driving license, passport or national identity card. If the above documentation is not provided, payment for a full-price ticket will be required.
Can the conference tickets be purchased on-site?
Conference tickets can be purchased on-site from the Portalhaus registration desk at Messe Frankfurt.
It is highly recommended to register and buy the conference passes online in order to take advantage of the cheaper rates and to avoid queues on the day.
Is it possible to attend only one day of the conference?
One-day conference passes are available and can be purchased online.
How can the registration confirmation be exchanged for a conference badge?
The conference booking confirmation can be exchanged for a conference badge at the Portalhaus registration desk at Messe Frankfurt.
What other benefits are available to the conference attendees?
Conference participants receive access to catered lunches, beverages, and the networking area during breaks on the booked days as well as conference proceedings post-event. Delegates who purchase conference tickets online are entitled to a free Formnext exhibition pass. The unique exhibition code will be distributed a week before the event and can be used to meet the vendors and see the full spectrum of AM on display. It also gives visitors the admittance to rapid-fire talks on new and exciting products on the TCT Introducing Stage @ Formnext, delivered by the show’s most prominent exhibitors.
Can the conference attendees access the Formnext exhibition with their conference badge?
Conference attendees will not be able to access the Formnext exhibition with their conference badge - a separate pass will be required. Delegates who purchase conference tickets online will receive a unique exhibition code a week before the event, which can be exchanged for an exhibition pass.

What happens if there is a schedule change?
The TCT Group reserves the right to change the conference sessions without prior notice. The most up to date conference programme can found below - we recommend checking this page regularly for any changes.
What is the cancellation policy for the conference?
If an attendee is unable to attend the conference, he or she may name a representative, providing TCT Group receives two days’ prior notice. This can be done by e-mailing email@example.com
No reimbursement is possible in case of non-attendance. The TCT Group also reserves the right to cancel or change the speakers, format, features, content, location, timing or any other aspect of the TCT Conference @ Formnext, at any time, without liability.
Can overseas participants receive a visa invitation letter for the conference? What is the procedure?
Visa support letters, confirming the event title, date and location, can be issued to the conference attendees who have paid their registration fee in full.
Please note - this letter can be requested from firstname.lastname@example.org only when ticket sales are live.
